Tricks and Flips

Do you love to swing and flip? Do you sometimes consider joining the circus? Have you found that AntiGravity® Fitness class allows you to do the inversions and flips you never thought you could do? Learn how AntiGravity® Fitness is truly an artistic expression with a link to the aerial arts. Improve your kinesthetic awareness and fine-tune your agility as you learn to execute advanced tricks and poses with beauty, strength, and precision. This workshop is recommended to students with a regular AntiGravity® Fitness practice, or those with experience in AcroYoga, Aerial Dance, or Acrobatics.

Cost for this 75 minute workshop is $20 or $16 for Unlimited Pass Holders

Prerequisite:

Must have completed 3 FUNdamentals of AntiGravity® Fitness classes.
