Before taking any AntiGravity® Fitness class, please read and understand the following contraindications (aka precautions.) Please consult your physician prior to class if you have any of these conditions:
Pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery (esp. shoulder, eyes, back, hips, hands or wrist), heart disease, very high or low blood pressure, easy onset vertigo, osteoporosis / bone weakness, recent head injury, cerebral sclerosis, propensity for fainting, carpal tunnel syndrome, severe arthritis, sinusitis or head cold, hiatal hernia, disc herniation or acute discogenic disease, recent stroke, artificial hips, radiculitis (inflammation of nerve root in spine), severe muscle spasms, botox injections (within 6 hours)
Classes are limited to 8 students. We strongly recommend you reserve a spot in advance. You may secure your spot by registering online, or by making a confirmation with the office by email or phone, along with your payment.
If you do not reserve your spot ahead of time in a class, you can choose to “walk-in” — however, we recommend calling first to confirm availability. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee a spot in your desired class.
Cancellations are required 12 hours in advance. If you give us less than 12-hour notice, you will be charged for one class. We understand circumstances arise in which you may find it impossible to make your scheduled appointment without having given 12-hour notice of cancellation. In the event you are sick or have an unavoidable emergency, please call us to discuss.
50% deposit required. Cancellations must be at least 48 hours prior to the event for a full refund.
Class will begin on time. Clients are responsible for being to class 5-10 minutes beforehand. Late arrivals will not be admitted into class and will be charged.
When you attend a class, you will be eligible to reserve a spot in the same class the following week. If, when scheduling a class, it is full, you will be put on a waiting list and notified as space becomes available in the order that waiting list names were taken. We will continue to wait list you for the desired class until space becomes available and help you explore other class choices in the meantime.
Student Rates are only applicable with a valid, current student ID.
5 & 10 Class Passes expire 6 months after purchase date.
If you have any prior injuries we recommend you speak to your physician about starting a new exercise program.
