Terms and Conditions

Please consult your medical professional before beginning any new exercise form to see if it is appropriate for you.

·      Your first few classes may be uncomfortable at times as your body adjusts to the pressure. This will subside after a few classes. Consider using a pad.

·      Do not practice on a full stomach.

·      Please inform the teacher if you have any injuries, illnesses, or are pregnant.

·      Stay hydrated to keep your muscles supple and for help in eliminating toxins.

·      Keep practicing! Soreness after practice is completely normal. The more you practice, the better you will feel. A consistent practice is recommended to receive the full benefits.

Classes are limited to 9 students. We strongly recommend you reserve a spot in advance. You may secure your spot by registering online, or by making a confirmation with the office by email or phone, along with your payment.

If you do not reserve your spot ahead of time in a class, you can choose to “walk-in” — however, we recommend calling first to confirm availability. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee a spot in your desired class.

Cancellations are required 12 hours in advance. If you give us less than 12-hour notice, you will be charged for one class. We understand circumstances arise in which you may find it impossible to make your scheduled appointment without having given 12-hour notice of cancellation. In the event you are sick or have an unavoidable emergency, please call us to discuss.

Pass Expiration

Please note ALL passes have an expiration date. We are unable to extend passes beyond their expiration date, so be sure to use ALL of your classes before they expire!

50% deposit required. Cancellations must be at least 48 hours prior to the event for a full refund.

Late Arrivals

Class will begin on time. Clients are responsible for being to class 5-10 minutes beforehand. Late arrivals will not be admitted into class and will be charged.

Recurring Reservations

When you attend a class, you will be eligible to reserve a spot in the same class the following week. If, when scheduling a class, it is full, you will be put on a waiting list and notified as space becomes available in the order that waiting list names were taken. We will continue to wait list you for the desired class until space becomes available and help you explore other class choices in the meantime.

Student Rates

Student Rates are only applicable with a valid, current student ID.

Additional Terms
