Darlene Casanova, in union with Christopher Harrison, has created the first-ever Parent/Child AntiGravity® Fitness curriculum.
Designed for a parent and child from birth to five years old, these classes nurture you while you nurture your child. Explore the joy of movement together as you encourage your child to build balance, strength, and flexibility - while simultaneously having fun! Each class builds on the previous week to promote gentle stretching, core strength building, and bonding while introducing an element of lightness and play.
What classes are offered?
Ages 0 - 1 (Parent/Baby) Focuses
on gentle stretching, core strength building, and meditation--designed
to nurture bonding with your child in a soothing environment
Ages 1 - 3 (Toddler) Applies
stretching and stregthening aspects the of Parent/Baby class while introducing child-driven exploration in a supportive sensory-enhancing environment
Ages 3 - 5 (Pre-school) Utilizes
thematic material to engage your child while you both explore flying,
strength-building, stretching, breathing, and meditative techniques to
enhance the mind-body connection
AntiGravity® Fitness - Parent/Child Classes
