SloFlow: Kick Your Asana

Go deeper, hold poses longer & move slower with greater intention with SloFlow: Kick Your Asana. This class is for those who love the benefits of zero-compression inversions and are interested in an AntiGravity® Fitness modality that is more yogic and less fitness oriented. Taught in a sequential flow to music, this suspended yoga class incorporates levitating meditations, zero-compression inversions, supported sun salutations, isometric style muscular contractions, flexibility & balance conditioning, and a floating savasana.

AntiGravity® Fitness enables you to enjoy both meanings of its nomenclature --- against gravity and against graveness --- manipulating physics while staying lighthearted.

Prerequisite:  

Must have completed 3 FUNdamentals of AntiGravity® Fitness classes.
