FUNdamentals of AntiGravity® Fitness - Required First Class

FUNdamentals of AntiGravity® Fitness is an hour long introductory level class for those who are new to AntiGravity® workouts and the fitness and therapeutic benefits they promote. It also serves those who prefer to focus on growing their practice from a strong foundation of postural alignment, skillful breathing, and a clear understanding of the terms, poses, and sequences that make AntiGravity® Fitness the hot health and fitness trend it is.

This class is designed to familiarize clients with the Harrison Hammock, and how to utilize the hammock to derive the optimal benefits you seek. You'll experience a full workout while learning terms, understanding hand grips, experiencing energizing poses, and acclimating into inversions with confidence.

Suggested Clothing:

Students are encouraged to practice in yoga pants, long shorts, or capris, and short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirts (highly recommended for your comfort).
