FUNdamentals of AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga is an hour and a half introductory level class for those who are new to AntiGravity® workouts and the fitness and therapeutic benefits they promote. It also serves those who prefer to focus on growing their practice from a strong foundation of postural alignment, skillful breathing, and a clear understanding of the terms, poses, and sequences that make AntiGravity® Yoga the hot health and fitness trend it is.
This class is designed to familiarize clients with the AntiGravity® Yoga hammock, and how to utilize the hammock to derive the optimal benefits you seek. You'll experience a full workout while learning terms, understanding hand grips, experiencing energizing poses, and acclimating into inversions with confidence.
Suggested Clothing:
Students are encouraged to practice in yoga pants, long shorts, or capris, and short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirts (highly recommended for your comfort).
