Flying Fitness 2 AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga is the rage for active people that have experienced the intrinsic benefits of an AntiGravity® workout, and want to use AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga as their main workout regimen, or to enhance their performance in other athletic pursuits. AntiGravity® Yoga combines traditional yoga principles with elements from gymnastics, aerial acrobatics, dance, pilates and calisthenics. Each class flows through a challenging progression of flips and tricks, as you explore our unique aerial poses on a deeper level. The class emphasis is to experience a total body workout while realigning your body, spine, and mind.
Prerequisites:
• A knowledge of grips, wraps, poses and sequences
• 3 or more Flying Fitness 1 Classes
